Developed for Field Training Officers (FTOs), Corporals, and individuals aspiring to become Sergeants, this comprehensive training explores the art of leadership, the science of supervision, and the critical elements needed to develop into a confident and effective law enforcement leader. Utilizing the Leadership Pathfinding model, participants will engage in a practical and thought-provoking curriculum that emphasizes self-awareness, genuine communication, rapport-building, and trust. With a focus on both leadership and followership, the course offers tools and strategies that will help attendees understand and master the complex dynamics of leading teams and building strong professional relationships.
